Named in honour of Erik Acharius, pioneer in the taxonomy of lichens, Acharius captures the fragile, ever-changing beauty of these living forms. Amorphous shapes and watercolour washes blend into a fluid, organic composition that reflects the slow transformation of matter. A living pattern that echoes the rhythms of growth, erosion and renewal - nature evolving in its own quiet way.
